SONATRACH
LR1/DLR1 PIPELINE SCADA System Upgrade:
On February 2007, TRC signed a contract with SONATRACH for the
replacement of a SCADA System for the DLR1 LPG Pipe Line, which runs from Amenas in the south of Algeria
to Hassi R'Mel, the
central Hub of all Algerian Pipelines in the center of Algeria. TRC
will build a new Control Center in Haoud El Hamra, and also refurbish the Control Center
of three Pumping Stations along the pipeline. The System will utilize
Rockwell Hardware and RSLOGIX software, in addition to WONDERWARE's
INTOUCH for the HMI, Historian and System Configuration. The capacity of the
existing RTU's will be expanded to accommodate the
additional instruments required for the increase in capacity of the pipe
line. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2008.
Huade
Petrochemical SCADA System Expansion:
In January 2006,
TRC was awarded an expansion contract to provide a new SCADA System as an
upgrade of the existing SCADA System at Head Terminal. The new system will
provide addition of new AB PLC5 based controllers for the newly added
transfer pumps. TRC will also upgrade the existing SCADA System
infrastructure and control systems.
MIGAS
Production Validation Pilot System:
In August 2006,
TRC was awarded a contract by P.T. SUCOFINDO for an expansion of the Oil &
Gas lifting. Under the current contract, TRC will add 22 Custody, Transfer
meters to the Real Time Oil & Gas Production monitoring system. more info
Huade
Petrochemical SCADA System:
 In
September 2005, TRC completed a turnkey SCADA System to automate the
off-shore loading and storage facilities in Guang Zhou, of the South China Sea for the Huade
Petrochemical Company of the Peoples
Republic of China.
This
project includes the monitoring and control of a 10Km sub-sea Crude Oil Pipeline, that connects the Loading Terminal and Storage
Facility on Ma Bian Zhou
Island to the On-Shore facilities of Huade
Petrochemical.
The new SCADA
System is based on AB ControlLogix PLCs with redundant DH+ and CNET networks. The new
equipment will be integrated into the existing Pipeline Control System
installed by TRC in 1996.

Sonatrach/Anadarko
Petroleum HBNS SCADA System:
 TRC has
successfully completed a turnkey SCADA System for 154 Oil production wells in
the Hassi Berkine Oil
Field operated by Sonatrach/AAC located in Block
404 in southeastern Algeria,
in years 2001 and 2002. TRC was responsible for the detailed system design,
procurement, configuration, software development, system integration&testing,
installation supervision and start-up.
In 2003 and 2003,
TRC was awarded with an expansion contract to provide 48 new RTU stations for
Sonatrach/Anadarko as an addition to the existing
SCADA system. In 2003, TRC was awarded with a new expansion contract to
provide 31 new RTU stations in the scope of continuing project. our references
